How fast is a single analysis?
Typical end-to-end latency is 2–5 seconds for a single image, including the full Bristol classification, color analysis, and health screening pipeline. The endpoint streams progress events so you can show a responsive UX.
Is the API HIPAA-compliant?
We support HIPAA-aligned deployments on request, including signed BAAs for qualifying customers. Reach out about your compliance requirements and we'll walk you through options.
Do you offer an SLA?
Enterprise customers get a 99.9% uptime SLA and priority incident support. Standard accounts run on the same production infrastructure but without contractual guarantees.
Can you train a custom model for our use case?
Yes. If your product needs specialized labels (e.g. pediatric, veterinary, post-surgical) or a domain-specific output schema, we can fine-tune on your data or ours. Typical timelines are 4–8 weeks.
Where is data processed?
Our default region is US-based edge infrastructure. EU-region processing is available on request for data-residency requirements.
