For best results, take the photo in good lighting from directly above. The app includes a camera mode optimized for stool photography. You can also upload a photo from your camera roll.

Analyses typically complete in under 5 seconds. If it takes longer, check your internet connection. The AI analysis requires a data connection to process the image.

Go to Settings in the app, then tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data including photos, analyses, and history. This action cannot be undone.

Account creation is required to save your analysis history and track trends. However, the sign-up process takes less than 30 seconds with email, Google, or Apple sign-in options.

PoopCheck is available worldwide on both iOS and Android. The app is currently available in English, with support for 16 languages in store listings.

Premium subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Go to your store's subscription management to cancel. You'll retain premium access until the end of your billing period.

Premium members can export detailed health reports as PDFs. These include your analysis history, trends, and gut health score data — perfect for sharing with your healthcare provider.
