1. About these Terms

PoopCheck is operated by Soft All Things LLC ("PoopCheck", "we", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA. These Terms are the agreement between you and us for using the PoopCheck app and website. By creating an account or using PoopCheck, you agree to them.

2. What PoopCheck is — and isn't

PoopCheck is a wellness tracker: you scan your stool, record symptoms and lifestyle, and get AI-generated feedback to follow over time. PoopCheck should be used for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and should never substitute medical advice from a healthcare professional, diagnosis, or treatment. The feedback provided in PoopCheck can be wrong — always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern, and never rely on PoopCheck in an emergency.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account, and for giving us accurate information. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which deletes your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Acceptable use

Use PoopCheck only for its intended purpose. Do not break the law; upload images that are not yours or that involve minors; harass others; hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; or use it to build a competing product or train a competing model. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and how your data is used

You keep all rights in the content you submit — we do not own it — and you grant us a limited right to host and process it. Using PoopCheck requires you to accept how your data is used: we analyse and store your scans to provide health insights, and continually work to improve the quality of PoopCheck's health insights over time. You can always withdraw your consent under Settings in which case PoopCheck will no longer be able to process your scans. Additionally, PoopCheck may aggregate and derive anonymous data from personal information by removing or altering any components that make the data personally identifiable and license or sell this de-identified data for the purposes of scientific health research and improving AI-driven medical diagnostics.

6. Premium and billing

PoopCheck's core features are free. Premium is an optional paid subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in your store account, and refunds are handled by the store under its rules.

7. Disclaimers and liability

PoopCheck is provided "as is", without warranties, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 100. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive, including mandatory consumer rights in your country.

8. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms; for material changes we will give notice and ask you to accept the new version. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or as required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without affecting the consumer protections you have where you live. Questions? Email poopcheck@softallthings.com.
